The Johnson & Wales University (JWU) student team is shown at the Irontender/BarWars 2012 at Twin River Casino. The Center for Culinary Arts at supports JWU’s industry-relevant curriculum. On the beverage side, student access an oenology lab, microbrewery and mixology lab.
