
Bally’s Corporation, which includes Bally’s Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort and Bally’s Tiverton Casino & Hotel, contributed $100,000 to Always Learning Rhode Island, which was initiated by Gov. Dan McKee to “ensure that Rhode Island’s educational outcomes will be among the very best in the nation by 2030.” The contribution was among several charitable efforts announced. Team Bally’s also participated in fundraising for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in downtown Providence. Bally’s Tiverton Casino & Hotel hosted Zumbathon, another community fundraiser, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. Bally’s Lincoln Casino Resort also supported first responders by dropping off lunch to the Lincoln Police and Fire Departments on National First Responders Day, Oct. 28.
