
Representatives from Bally’s Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort gathered to celebrate the opening of Plume & Proof cigar lounge and cocktail bar on April 25. Located within the casino’s new gaming expansion, the 16-seat cocktail bar is a cigar lounge with access to an outdoor smoking patio, offering an inventive range of craft cocktails. Bartenders Anthony Guaetta and Lisa Ricamo mixed up an array of their original creations for guests, including the Purple Haze cocktail, a blend of Bacardi Rum, Mount Gay Rum, butterfly flower tea, amaro, banana, coconut and lemon; the Smoke & Mirrors made with Santa Teresa Rum, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, guava, pineapple, grapefruit and lime; and The All Nighter, an espresso martini featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur and cream.
