Bartaco Stamford Partnership Feeds Frontline Workers

By June 28, 2020Connecticut, Top News

Bartaco Stamford partnered with The Cholula Food Company for an initiative to serve meals to support frontline workers. For the first week of their collaboration in May, the team delivered tacos and Cholula Hot Sauce to 200 medical staff at Stamford Hospital. Over the course of five weeks, the initiative delivered meals to workers at different hospitals in the area, with a total of 3,000 meals donated with partners like Bartaco Stamford, which plans to participate in similar charitable efforts in the future. “We are so inspired and thankful for the unwavering dedication and sacrifices of the medical professionals across this country as we work to overcome this crisis together,” said Chris Messina, Regional Director, Bartaco. “Bartaco has donated as many meals as possible to local hospitals, community organizations, police stations and fire departments across all of our locations during this time to give back to first responders and essential workers in our local communities. We are actively seeking more first responders and essential workers who we can support by brightening their day with a hot, flavorful meal.”
