Bartender Alyssa Venuti of Stirring Liquor set the stage at nicks on broadway in Providence for her featured segment on Rhode Island Monthly’s ongoing free livestream series, Virtual Bar Experience, on June 24. During the month of June, select bartenders told their personal and professional stories and shared cocktail demonstrations while live from a variety of locations. Using St. Elder Blood Orange Liqueur, Lunetta Prosecco and West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey, distributed via MS Walker’s state portfolio, Venuti chatted with the RI Monthly team while creating cocktails for online attendees. St. Elder Artisanal Liqueurs made a donation for each registered event attendee to the RI Hospitality Employee Relief Fund, which provides Rhode Island Hospitality Association member food service, lodging and tourism employees who have been laid off due to COVID-19 and are facing a financial hardship in supporting their families with food and shelter an opportunity to apply for financial assistance.
