Named for the winery’s Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier, whom everyone calls “Big Guy,” this friendly red pairs beautifully with spare ribs, pork tenderloins, burgers, rib eyes…you get the idea. Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi lays the foundation; Syrah from the Sierra Foothills and Central Coast adds juicy fruit.
