Oxford’s Black Hog Brewing hosted a “Pints for Pups” fundraiser on August 12 at its brewery. The event highlighted the benefits of adoption and raised funds for Companion Pet Rescue of Southbury, with $1 for every pint sold donated directly to the organization. Guests not only enjoyed Black Hog brews, food truck offerings from Caseus Cheese Truck and Whatisreal ice cream, but also had the opportunity to meet dogs in need of new homes. Ten dogs found their forever homes at the event. The company also celebrated the opening of its tasting room on August 27.
