Manchester’s Bistro on Main hosted a pop-up community cocktail event on December 20, 2017, to benefit the Manchester Area Conference of Churches (MACC) charity. Justin Morales, Bar Manager of The Blind Pig and recipient of the Connecticut Restaurant Association’s 2017 Mixologist of the Year award, coordinated the event with Bistro on Main Chef Ben Dubow. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails, including the Queen Bee’s Knees, The Bistro Boulevardier, Sazerac and Diki Diki. The event raised $500 in tips and resulted in Bistro on Main’s second largest sales day since opening in November 2017.
