Brescome Barton hosted a pairing dinner featuring Casamigos Tequila in collaboration with Uptown Bar & Eatery in Ansonia on Jan. 17. Casamigos was famously founded by actor George Clooney along with entrepreneur friends and partners Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman. The brand was sold to Diageo in 2017. Guests enjoyed five courses of Latin fusion cuisine prepared by the venue’s culinary team, each paired with a different craft cocktail featuring Casamigos Tequila. Veronica Saurett, Account Development Manager, Brescome Barton, was on-site to give guests a background on the Casamigos tequila line. Event cocktails featured Casamigos Mezcal, Añejo Tequila, Reposado Tequila and Blanco Tequila.
