
Butchers & Bakers of Farmington hosted a Sierra Nevada Beer Camp “Across the World” event on May 31, which featured Sierra Nevada collaboration beers paired with culinary creations. Beer Camp is a “celebration of craft beer,” where 12 brewers came together to create new brews. Beers included a Berliner-style Weisse from Saint Arnold Brewing Company of Houston, Texas; Hoppy Belgian Golden Style from Duvel in Breendonk, Belgium; Thai Style Ice Tea from Mikkeller HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark; Atlantic Style Vintage Ale by Fuller’s London Pride in London; Dry Hopped Barleywine Style Ale from Avery Brewing Company in Boulder, Colorado; Dunkle Weisse from Ayinger Privatbrauerei/Brewing Aying in Germany; East Meets West IPA from Tree House Brewing Co. in Monson, Massachusetts; White IPA with Yuzu from Kluchi Brewing in Japan; West Coast Style DIPA from Boneyard Beer in Oregon; Ginger Lager from Surley Brewing Company in Minneapolis; Raspberry Sundae from The Bruery in California; and Campout Porter from Garage Project in Wellington, New Zealand.
