During June’s Imbibe & Campari Negroni Week, Dish in Hartford was the first site for an area bar crawl with Brescome Barton and friends. While the week was a global event, it offered local impact, as participating restaurants and bars donated a portion of their Negroni cocktail sales to a local charity. Approximately 1,325 bars around the world joined, including 35 in Connecticut.
