Allan S. Goodman hosted a Caribbean Flavors Rum Party at J. Timothy’s Taverne in Plainville on April 19. Guests enjoyed cocktails mixed with a variety of rums including Zaya, J Wray Silver, Bully Boy Silver and Gosling Black Seal. The cocktails were paired with small plates and themed courses prepared by J. Timothy’s throughout the evening.
