
The wines of Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyards of Little Compton, Rhode Island, were showcased during a pairing dinner hosted at the Rooftop at the Providence G on October 8. During the four-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Gary Hatfield, paired wines by Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyards included Eye of the Storm Table Wine, Siren Vidal Blanc, White Lotus Gewürztraminer, Rhode Island Red Wine and Amrita Vidal Blanc. Guests enjoyed the rooftop views along with live entertainment during the evening.
