
Connecticut Distributors, Inc., (CDI) hosted several launches and guests at its general sales meeting on April 1. CDI welcomed back three sales divisions to kick off the exclusive distribution of Truly Vodka from Beam Suntory. Called “a bold new take on a classic spirit,” Truly Vodka is triple-distilled and inspired by the most popular Truly Hard Seltzer flavors: Strawberry Lemonade, Wild Berry and Pineapple Mango. Like Truly Hard Seltzer, each flavor of Truly Vodka is made from a real cane sugar base and is under 100 calories per serving. Then, in collaboration with Delicato Family Vineyards, the CDI team welcomed the launch of a new wine series in the Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Series Collection. The new line, the Francis Ford Coppola Appellation Series, is exclusive to the Stratford-based distributor. The Diamond Collection Appellation Series Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from Sonoma County, offers a vibrant fruit expression on the palate. Both new product lines are available in Connecticut exclusively through CDI. Sales teams took part in brand training, followed by lunch and a tasting at Boca Oyster Bar in Bridgeport.
