The Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI) Operations Team was awarded The Quality Cup Award in May 2017. The honor recognizes and encourages improvement among the operations teams in the many states and markets that are part of Breakthru Beverage and its affiliates. Awarded by John Hild, East Region Vice President of Operations, the Quality Cup Award puts a spotlight on outstanding customer service and productivity across the entire organization. CDI’s team was recognized for its performance, taking the top slot over eight other facilities. Additionally, CDI were leaders in cases-per-man-hour within Warehouse and Distribution. The competition “promotes continuous improvement and providing better customer service. Connecticut Distributors, Inc. is honored to be recognized by this award and looks forward to next year’s Quality Cup,” said Joe Luciana, Director of Operations, CDI.
