Chateau Ste. Michelle is partnering with artist Dale Chihuly to commemorate the 20th Vintage Artist Series, which will feature Chihuly’s “Cast Silver Venetian.” “This piece is one-of-a-kind and very special to me. I couldn’t think of a better use than portraying it on this significant wine project,” said Chihuly. The 2012 Vintage Artist Series wine is a blend of 70-percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 26-percent Merlot, 2-percent Cabernet Franc and 2-percent Malbec. “It’s the first wine I blend every year from the best fruit of the vintage.
