Negroni Week was celebrated across the country and in Connecticut throughout participating venues during Sept. 18-24. Campari and Imbibe magazine presented the 11th annual Negroni Week, an international charity initiative dedicated to celebrating the world-renowned cocktail with the common goal of raising funds for charitable causes. More than four dozen Connecticut venues participated, including New Haven’s Mecha Noodle Bar, Oak Haven Table & Bar, The Owl Shop and Chacra Pisco Bar; Branford’s 1928 Cocktail Club and Nellie’s; Hartford’s Fire by Forge; and Norwalk’s Magic 5 Pie Co. and El Segundo, in raising funds and offering classic and creative variations of the iconic Negroni cocktail.
