Benriach The Original Ten, unpeated single malt; Benriach The Twelve, unpeated single malt; Benriach The Smoky Ten, peated single malt; and Benriach The Smoky Twelve, peated single malt.
Allan S. Goodman welcomed new offerings from Benriach Scotch, part of the Brown-Forman portfolio of brands. Showcasing a new bottle design holding its iconic Speyside Scotches, the lineup features The Original Ten, featuring notes of luscious orchard fruit, sumptuous honey malt and toasted oak with a subtle trace of smoke, and The Twelve, a new expression characterized by its layers of baked fruit, maple honey and cocoa with a spiced mocha finish. New peated whiskies in the revamped bottle design include The Smoky Ten, which is distilled using malted barley smoked with Highland peat and enriched with three-cask maturation. Using bourbon barrels, toasted virgin oak and Jamaican rum casks creates the layers of sun-ripened fruit, aromatic smoky sweetness and toasted oak spice. Also encased in the new bottle design, The Smoky Twelve is matured in a mix of bourbon barrels, sherry casks and Marsala wine barrels, resulting in a creamy smoky malt with notes of ripened fruit and warming oak spice.
