
George’s of Galilee in Narragansett hosted a pairing dinner featuring wines from Duckhorn Vineyards in collaboration with Mancini Beverage – Rhode Island Distributing division on Oct. 25. The evening began with guests’ choice of a welcome cocktail or mocktail paired with appetizers. Guests enjoyed several courses of cuisine prepared by the culinary team, each paired with a different wine from Duckhorn Vineyards, including Decoy Brut Cuvée, Duckhorn Vineyards North Coast Sauvignon Blanc, Migration Pinot Noir and Paraduxx Proprietary Red Wine. Founded in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn, Duckhorn Vineyards is known as one of the first 40 Napa Valley wineries. Throughout its history, its winemakers have focused on optimal grape selection, innovative winemaking techniques and a premium barrel-aging program. The Duckhorn Portfolio includes Decoy, Goldeneye, Paraduxx and Migration, among others.
