Diageo, in collaboration with Brescome Barton, hosted a whiskey-pairing dinner featuring Blade & Bow Bourbon Whiskey at Artisan Restaurant in Southport on March 21. Trade guests enjoyed four courses of cuisine paired with cocktails featuring Blade & Bow Bourbon Whiskey. Jeff Parrott, Brand Cultivator, Blade & Bow Bourbon Whiskey, was in attendance to educate trade guests as part of the event. Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Blade & Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created using a patented aging process, infusing spirits from some of the distillery’s oldest fine whiskeys and aged in charred American white oak barrels. It is bottled in the famed Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Shively, Kentucky.
