Diageo hosted a happy hour highlighting the Ketel One Botanical product line on the rooftop of Norwalk’s Mediterraneo on August 2. Guests enjoyed craft cocktails featuring the vodka distilled with real botanicals and infused with natural fruit essences, which includes Grapefruit & Rose, Peach & Orange Blossom and Cucumber & Mint expressions. A cocktail competition followed where four bartenders – Termaine Bookhart of Troupe429, Dave Cohade of Valencia, Jessica Cinar of Mediterraneo and Jaime Johel of The Cup Bearer – used the spirits in their original creations. Johel took first place. The Ketel One Botanical line launched in the state in May.
