Providence cocktail spot and event venue, The Dorrance, engaged the community to raise money and awareness for the Rhode Island ALS Association on April 21 with The Great American Pie Fight Gala. The event, which opened with a Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne toast, featured Dorrance Chef Alberto’s hors d’oeuvres, wines, Narraganset beer, signature cocktails, live music entertainment and culminated in a cream pie fight, all to benefit research, support and services for those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
