The 36th annual Newport Winter Festival will return to the city for 10 days of food, drinks, live music and winter festivities for all ages. Known as “New England’s Largest Winter Extravaganza,” this year’s festival will feature the annual Chili Cook-Off at the Newport Marriott, Magician and Comedian Robert Clarke, a Tropical Drink Competition at the Gas Lamp Grille, Hot Drink Contest at The Red Parrot, Cocktail Competition at Gardiner House, a Beer Dinner at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar, Newport Vineyard tours, a silent disco party at OceanCliff Hotel and many more events. Bands The Eagle’s Experience and Changes in Latitudes will perform live among listed highlights.
