Slocum & Sons hosted a pairing dinner featuring wines from Duckhorn Vineyards’ Decoy Limited Wines portfolio at Five Corners Bistro & Craft Bar in Farmington on Feb. 22. Guests enjoyed four courses of cuisine prepared by the Five Corners Bistro culinary team, each paired with a different wine from the Decoy Limited Wines portfolio. During the evening, guests tasted Decoy Limited Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine, Decoy Limited Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Paraduxx Proprietary Red Blend. Founded under Duckhorn Vineyards’ Decoy line, Decoy Limited wines are luxury wines offered at an accessible price point. Decoy has a long-established reputation for delivering exceptional-quality wines. Made by Decoy Limited Winemaker Dana Epperson, the new Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast wines in the blue label line are the latest among Decoy’s commitment to producing attractively priced wines made from exceptional vineyard sources.
