
Max a Mia Ristorante’s December 2021 Feast of Seven Fishes Italian dinner in Avon showcased fine wines from within the Brescome Barton portfolio. During the ninth annual Festa dei Sette Pesci, hosted on three consecutive nights, guests enjoyed a seven-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Bob Peterson and his team, paired with wines from Brescome Barton’s Banfi, Bacchanal and Santa Margherita USA portfolios. Brian Mitchell, Beverage Director, Max Restaurant Group and Jillian Carey, Wine & Spirit Account Development Manager, Brescome Barton presented the featured wines throughout the pairing extravaganza each evening. Wine selections included Montefresco Prosecco, Terre Monte Schiavo Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico March 2020, Banfi La Pettegola Vermentino 2020, Villa Cerna Primocolle Chianti Classico 2016, Masi Campofiorin 2018 and Terrabianca Vignot Moscato d’Asti 2020.
