Spirits from Fifth State Distillery were showcased at a holiday craft fair at Westport Farmers Market on Dec. 9. The event featured produce from local farms and products and crafts from more than 25 local artisans for patrons looking to do some holiday shopping within Gilbertie’s Herb Gardens. Guests enjoyed a tasting of a variety of spirits from Fifth State Distillery, including Fifth State Gin, Seville Gin, Madagascar Gin, Passion Gin, Cinnamon Zap Vodka, Limoncello, Chocolate XS and flavors from its ready-to-drink line, including Bee’s Knees, Chocolate Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini. Founded by Rob and Bridget Schulten, the award-winning spirits use Connecticut-grown, non-GMO corn to make gin, whiskeys and vodkas.
