The United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG) Hartford chapter hosted its March meeting at the Marlborough Tavern in Marlborough on March 24. Bartender Jerome Daigneault of Marlborough Tavern led a tasting and education session on Figenza Mediterranean Fig Flavored Vodka. USBG Hartford members enjoyed cocktails featuring Figenza Vodka, along with food provided by Marlborough Tavern. Figenza Vodka receives its unique flavor profile from hand-picked Mediterranean figs from Greece and Turkey and a six-time distillation process which gives it a smooth taste comparable to a liqueur.
