The South End in New Canaan showcased Four Roses Bourbon, a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey brand, during the Kentucky Derby on May 4. Chef and Owner Nick Martschenko welcomed guests, who enjoyed classic derby cocktails made with Four Roses Bourbon, including Four Roses Bourbon Mint Juleps alongside the venue’s New American cuisine. The Four Roses Distillery is located in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, whose bourbon whiskeys are guided by Master Distiller Brent Elliott.
