- Mezcals from Los Siete Misterios are produced within the Oaxacan communities and each expression is made from a different variety of agave. The brand supports the traditional production methods, customs and culture of Mexico. Lezcal Vago Espadín is made by Emigdio Jarquín Ramirez in the Ejutla/Miahuatlan region of Oaxaca; all are produced naturally in a traditional palenque with no additives.
- Tequila Ocho is made by Carlos Camarena, a third-generation tequilero, in partnership with Tomas Estes, and focuses on heritage, tradition and innovation in its process. Tequila Partida, founded in 2005, was inspired by its namesake, Enrique Partida, a third-generation agave farmer who was considered a master in his community, made from only blue agave grown in the Tequila Valley.
- Artisanal cheeses from Rind accompanied the spirits tasting.
