Hartford Flavor Company celebrated the grand opening of its new Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlour on 54 Pratt Street in Hartford with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception on July 11. The Hartford Flavor Company team, including Co-owners Lelaneia and Tom Dubay, were joined by Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam and Julio Concepcione, Executive Director, Metro Hartford Alliance. Located on Hartford’s historic Pratt Street, the Parlour offers guests unique cocktails featuring Hartford Flavor Company’s Wild Moon Liqueurs line and its organic vodkas in a 150-seat venue, which features a full cocktail bar, formal dining room, private dining room, board game lounge and tasting bar. The venue offers a farm-to-table menu incorporating food from Sub-Edge Farm, Cato Corner Farm, Three Sisters Farms, Mystic Cheese Company, Seacoast Mushrooms and Oui Charcuterie. The interior design concept is inspired by the Roman goddess Diana, often depicted as a huntress, who is associated with wild animals, fertility, and the moon and incorporates styles from various time periods, including 1930s art deco and classic Roman elements with some touches of the 1970s. All Hartford Flavor Company products are distributed throughout Connecticut by Brescome Barton.
