Tim Smith, star and host of the Discovery Channel’s “Moonshiners” documentary series, visited Hartley and Parker Limited to launch his namesake brand, Tim Smith’s Climax Moonshine. With a nod to Climax, Virginia, the town where he began his moonshine career, the original recipe is distilled from corn, rye and barley malt.
