A collaboration between NeJaime’s Wine & Spirits, Hartley & Parker Limited, Inc., and Lucia Ristorante in New Milford brought Heaven Hill brands to a charitable bourbon-pairing dinner on Feb. 4. Guests enjoyed the venue’s classic Italian dishes prepared by Chef/Owner Tony Caldareri paired with Heaven Hill featured brands, including Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Henry McKenna Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whisky and Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Rich Fiorillo, East Coast Whiskey Ambassador, Heaven Hill Distillery, gave guests an educational talk on the evening’s featured tasting as part of the special event, with proceeds benefiting the Northville Volunteer Fire Department and the Caldareri’s cause, daughter Gabriella’s fight against ventricular septal defect.
