New Britain’s The Industrial Cocktail Bar hosted a bartender takeover and industry night on Dec. 18. During the Merry Monday Mayhem event, Bartenders Khalid Williams, The Barrel Age, and Victoria Tenzyk, The Mariner, took over behind the stick to create festive cocktails for industry guests. Organized by Jeff Conelius, Craft Spirits Specialist, Allan S. Goodman, in collaboration with Andres Soriano, Owner, The Industrial Cocktail Bar, event cocktails featured spirits from within both the Allan S. Goodman and Eder Bros., Inc., portfolios. Tenzyk’s signature cocktail for the evening, Tori’s Tamarindo Magic, was a blend of Xicaru Mezcal, Aperol, tamarind, coconut and lime with a tajin rim.
