Horizon Beverage Company of Rhode Island hosted its annual charitable golf outing to benefit the Rhode Island Community Food Bank and the Christy Squittiere Genske Memorial Fund on September 16. Held at Shelter Harbor Golf Club in Charlestown, Horizon staff, participating golfers and event sponsors collected approximately 1,685 pounds of food and raised $10,000 for donation to the food bank, with $15,000 raised for the memorial fund.
