Cocktail: El Broadway Burro

Recipe:

• Muddle 3 cucumber wheels, 5 cilantro leaves and 3/4 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
• Add 1.5 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal and 3/4 oz. Giffard Ginger of the Indies liqueur
• Shake with ice
• Double-strain into Collins glass over fresh ice.
• Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
