Justin Winery selections were showcased at a fine wine dinner at Matunuck Oyster Bar in Wakefield on January 31. Master Sommelier Joe Spellman from Justin/Landmark Vineyards & Winery presented the wines to guests. Attendees enjoyed oysters during the reception, followed by a five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Jeff Cruff. Each course complemented a different wine from the Central California Coast producer, including Sauvignon Blanc 2017, Viognier 2017, Justification 2015, Isosceles 2015 and Savant 2015, all in the MS Walker portfolio. Based in Paso Robles, California, Justin/Landmark Vineyards & Winery is known for its Bordeaux-style wines, created using traditional winemaking practices.
