For more than 45 years, Lenny & Joe’s Fish Tale has been a shoreline staple, renowned for its commitment to fresh, high-quality seafood. Founded in 1979 by Lenny and Joe Goldberg, the journey began with a small seasonal “drive-in shack” in Madison, offering fresh seafood at four picnic tables. Two years later, the brothers’ passion for great food led them to open a full-service, year-round family restaurant in Clinton. Cocktail: Lime in the Coconut

Ingredients:
» 1.5 oz. Deep Eddy Lime Vodka
» 1.5 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
» Pineapple juice
» Garnish: fresh lime wedge

Method: Add vodka and rum to a glass filled with ice. Top with pineapple juice. Pour into a shaker, shake and pour back into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
