Litchfield Hills Annual Brewfest Offers Local Tastes

The 11th annual Litchfield Hills Brewfest was hosted at Ski Sundown in New Hartford on June 11. Local breweries poured beer tastes, along with wine, spirits, cider, RTDs and hard seltzer brands. Festivalgoers enjoyed food from Villa of Lebanon; Hot Z’s Burgerz, Dogz & Grilled Creationz; The Taco Shack; Tots Brats & Hots; and I Know a Guy Foods LLC, along with their brews. The Apricot Brandy provided live music throughout the afternoon event, which benefited Saint Maron Maronite Catholic Church in Torrington; Brooker Memorial, a nonprofit providing child care and early learning programs in the Torrington area; and Summit Adaptive Sports, a nonprofit giving sports and recreation education to people with disabilities.
