Mancini Beverage – C&C division hosted iconic wrestling personality Hulk Hogan for the launch of his new brew, Real American Beer, on Aug. 27-28. The premium American-style light lager is brewed with 100% North American malt and hops, and it’s brewed longer and cold-fermented, resulting in a beer that is easy drinking, light in body, with a crisp and clean finish. The malt provides a deep straw to golden color and the hops contribute to the overall balance of the beer with 110 calories, 4g carbs, 4.2% ABV, 11.5 BU and 5 SRM color. Hogan said of the brand, “America is at its best when it is united, and if there’s one thing we can agree on, it’s the simple pleasure of sharing a beer.” Real American is brewed and bottled by The Real American in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Hogan visited on- and off-premise accounts including Haxton’s Tollgate Liquor, Heritage Liquors, Moonshine Alley, Knights Liquor Warehouse, Christy’s Liquors, Anthony’s Wine & Spirits and Ocean Mist for a two-day tour, where a cumulative thousands of fans lined up to meet him and celebrate its Rhode Island launch.
