
Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), collaborated with Monty’s at Great River Golf Club in Milford for its monthly wine club dinner on January 9. Michael Corso French selections were paired with a special four-course menu created by Executive Chef Mike Legen and the venue’s food and beverage team. Domaine Moreux Les Bouffants Sancerre 2017, Domaine Emile Beyer Pinot Gris Tradition 2017, Secret de L’Enfer Pinot Noir 2016 and Château Sainte Eulalie Minervois Plaisir d’Eulalie 2017 were served as guests learned about the wines and dined. Monty’s hosts its wine club dinners every month with a showcased brand or supplier and regional theme.
