2 oz Altos Plata
1 oz fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Syrup
Wedge of Lime
Build all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled cup. Garnish with lime.

1 oz. Dry Curacao
.75 oz Lime Juice

Chili Lime Sea Salt and Gold Flake Rim
Combine and shake Patrón Silver, Dry Curacao and lime juice and pour over ice. Garnish with chili lime sea salt and gold flake rim.
Casa Noble Noble-Rita
2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
1 oz agave nectar
1 oz lime juice
Lime wedge
Place ingredients, except lime wedge, into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass (salt rim optional). Garnish with lime wedge.
Cilantro Margarita

2 oz Milagro Anejo
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Agave Nectar
Fresh Cilantro
Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel, cilantro, smoked salt rim. Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously, and strain in Collins glass with crushed ice. Top off with rosé.

½ oz Fresh Lime
½ oz Agave Nectar

Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously, and strain in Collins glass with crushed ice. Top off with rosé.
Casamigos Prickly Pear Margarita
1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Prickly Pear Puree
.5 oz. Simple syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds then strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
