Consumers and trade professionals gathered on the grounds of The Marble House for the tenth annual Newport Mansions Wine and Food Festival. The three-day event highlights celebrity chef demonstrations, local Rhode Island restaurants, and wine samplings from local and domestic vineyards, as well as worldwide imports from countries ranging from Italy to South Africa. Wide varieties of beer and spirits were also available for tasting. Participants were able to attend a Champagne Taittinger Master Class and seminars hosted by winemakers. Celebrity chef appearances included Martha Stewart, Jacques and Claudine Pepin, Sylvia Panciera, Ben Pollinger and many others.
