With Goslings Rum as the featured brand at the venue on Sept. 10, early September kept summer vibes in place at the Newport International Polo Grounds & Pavilion. Goslings Black Seal Rum, founded in 1806, is the official rum of Bermuda. All summer long, multiple beverage brands were presented by bar talent from The Pony Express Bar and from The Cocktail Guru bar team, as each match provided an opportunity to showcase spirits and sponsors. The day’s highlights included the Bentley vs. Rolls-Royce Pro-Am, with car models on display at the polo grounds and the weekly Stella Artois “Best in Show” Contest to welcome automotive enthusiasts and spectators. Field-side amenities included the Patio Bar with Veuve Clicquot Champagne, Santa Margherita Wines and Stella Artois on tap, with summer cocktails The Tropic Time Out and Bermuda Rum Swizzle, along with the iconic Dark ’n Stormy, the official drink of the Newport International Polo Series.
