Newport Vineyards of Rhode Island kicked off its annual Harvest Festival with the MS Walker team and trade guests at its vineyards in Middletown on October 23. Hosted by MS Walker, the evening event included tours of the vineyard grounds, tastings, live music and games, and grape stomping. A wine tasting and cocktail party was complemented by creations from Executive Chef Andy Teixeira of Newport Vineyards’ Brix Restaurant. Guests enjoyed a full selection of Newport Vineyards’ wines, including Newport Riesling, In the Buff Chardonnay and Rhody Coyote Hard Apple Cider. The vineyard hosted its public Harvest Festival during the weekend of October 26 and 27.
