Newport Vineyards rang in the holiday season with its Holiday Extravaganza on Dec. 9. During the festive holiday celebration, guests enjoyed tastes of Newport Vineyards Wine and Taproot beer and small bites from a variety of food stations, including holiday desserts, a hot cocoa bar and a Christmas cookie station. In exchange for a new unwrapped toy to benefit children through the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, families were welcomed to bring their children to meet Santa. More festive holiday fun was had with an ugly sweater contest and shopping at the venue’s holiday marketplace, all set to live holiday music performed by Santana Roberts.
