The annual MS Walker Harvest Festival took place at Newport Vineyards in Middletown on October 11. After a day of golf, trade guests enjoyed the grounds and venue with information provided by Newport Vineyards’ Owner John Nunes and his team. A wine tasting and cocktail party was complemented by creations from Executive Chef Andy Teixeira, who prepared a meal of roasted suckling pigs, passed small plates and a dessert cobbler. Guests enjoyed a full selection of Newport Vineyards’ wines, including Newport Riesling, In the Buff Chardonnay and Rhody Coyote Hard Apple Cider.
