
Newport Vineyards hosted its 26th Annual WINEterfest Weekend on Feb. 19-20. Held during two afternoon sessions on both Saturday and Sunday, the event featured tasting bars for Newport Vineyards wines and Taproot Beer, and cocktails and wines from the event’s ice bar. Guests enjoyed an array of sweet white wines, reds and rosés from Newport Vineyards, along with ciders from local brands City Orchard and Rhody Coyote, paired with food prepared by the Newport Vineyards culinary team and live music throughout each day’s festivities.

- The event’s Citrus White Sangria, a blend of Svedka Vodka, Triple Sec, St. Elder Blood Orange Liqueur, Newport Vineyards In the Buff Chardonnay, Newport Vineyards Great White and lime.
- A Newport Vineyards red wine with a smoked brisket sandwich, topped with Vineyard Gold BBQ sauce and sweet pickled onions on a soft roll.
- A chocolate Oreo donut with Girl Scout Hot Cocoa, blended with Crème de Menthe and topped with whipped cream and crumbled peppermints.
- Newport Vineyards Landot Noir.
