Blue Note Juke Joint Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Crossroads, Uncut Cask Strength and Rye are distributed via Oceanstate Wine & Spirits.

Oceanstate Wine & Spirits added new whiskeys to its portfolio from supplier Blue Note Bourbon produced by B.R. Distilling Company, the oldest licensed distillery in the city of Memphis since 2014. “Born in Kentucky, then born again in Tennessee,” the whiskeys are aged just north of downtown Memphis, where the Mississippi and Wolf rivers collide. Its warehouse hosts a microclimate, with high humidity and steady temperatures, creating a perfect place to age its whiskeys. New to Rhode Island are Juke Joint, Blue Note’s flagship straight bourbon whiskey, bottled at 93 proof; Crossroads, finished with two types of toasted French oak staves, at 100 proof; Uncut Cask Strength, where, in June of 2019, the six-story brick house that stored much of Blue Note’s inventory collapsed in a storm and a small number of barrels survived, uncut and unfiltered; and Rye, aged deep in the oak, creating an unmistakably rich flavor.
