Andrew Haugen was named Head Winemaker at Odette Estate, part of the PlumpJack Collection of Wineries. Haugen will oversee all the daily winemaking operations for the Odette and Adaptation labels based in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley. In addition to its limited-production namesake brand, in 2021, it introduced Adaptation as an entry point to the Odette portfolio and the broader PlumpJack Collection of Wineries. The company said Haugen has “continuously honed his craft” and deepened his knowledge since he joined in 2015, progressing from Cellar Master to Enologist to Assistant Winemaker and now assuming the role of Head Winemaker. Haugen will collaborate closely with longtime Vineyard Manager Oscar Renteria at Oso Vineyard, the 129-acre site located in Pope Valley.
