California’s O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, a Certified B Corporation, announced three additions to its leadership team. First, Ron Mertz joined as Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy. He joins O’Neill with more than three decades of industry experience, including most recently at Washington’s House of Smith. Prior to his tenure at House of Smith, Mertz spent 12 years spearheading exponential sales growth at A to Z Wineworks. The company named Christina Rivera-Glenn as Vice President of Luxury Operations. She comes to O’Neill from DAOU Family Estates and will lead O’Neill’s luxury direct-to-consumer sales and consumer experience programs, among focuses. Finally, Jenna Kujundzich joins as Vice President of Luxury Brand Strategy, also from DAOU. She will be responsible for driving overall luxury brand and public relations strategy in her new role, including creative content, social media and partnerships.
